Nestor Smith - President and CEO

The Smith Legal Group, LLC is chaired, proudly, by Nestor Smith.

A lifelong resident of Galloway Township, New Jersey, Mr. Smith returned home to practice law. Following his graduation from the Woodrow Wilson School of Politics at the University of Virginia, located in the iconic Appalachian Mountains, and, with distinction, from the Quinnipiac University School of Law, located in Hamden, Connecticut, Mr. Smith served as a Judicial Law Clerk. After his clerkship, Mr. Smith served as counsel to various insurance companies within one of the region’s largest insurance defense litigation law firms.

After his tenure within this defense litigation law firm, Mr. Smith represented the interests of various individuals and health care professionals within one of southern New Jersey’s preeminent law firms before returning to Atlantic County and opening The Smith Legal Group, LLC.
